With roots in wellness that trace back to her childhood spent in her mother’s fitness club, Andrea developed a lifelong passion for the healing arts. With over a decade of experience as a massage therapist and nearly two decades as a yoga teacher, she brings warmth, expertise, and a nurturing presence to every space she leads. Andrea’s approach weaves together movement, breath-work, body awareness, and self-care practices, helping others feel grounded and at ease. She thoughtfully curates experiences that foster rest, reflection, and personal growth, meeting each group exactly where they are and creating space for genuine connection. At Surf and Stillness, she's a steady guide, offering useful tools and a welcoming space for each woman to reconnect with herself.

Meet Britt Quinn – Your Retreat Host & Yoga Teacher
Originally Britt is from San Diego, California but at the age of 21 she left the states for a never ending adventure! After traveling, working and studying all around the world for 10 years, she has now settled in a little surfers paradise on the coast of Nicaragua during the summer and in the French Alps during the winters. Britt is a certified Yoga Instructor with over 1,000 hours of Teacher Trainings and courses. She has over a decade of experience in health, nutrition, Yoga, Pilates, massage, and sustainable living. At Surf & Stillness retreat she will teach Vinyasa, Pilates, Restorative, Yin and Aerial yoga. All of her classes focus on mindfulness, deep stretching, strengthening, body alignment, breathing, releasing tensions and making sure each posture has a full journey in and out. Her yoga sessions are not just a simple class they are an entire mind and body experience!
