1. How do I book my retreat?
Request availability with your preferred arrival date, duration, room, group details and chosen activities. We check availability and reply with your personalised retreat and final total. Once your stay is confirmed, we send your payment link. No immediate payment is required to send a request.
2. How long can I stay?
Choose a retreat of 2 to 6 days at Mark & Dave’s in Playa Colorado, Nicaragua. Dates are flexible and subject to availability.
3. Who can join? Are children welcome?
Everyone is welcome — solo travellers, couples, friends and families, including children. Please tell us the number of adults and children and children’s ages so we can confirm the room setup and plan suitable experiences with you.
4. Can I choose the activities?
Yes. Pick the activities you want in your availability request. Yoga, Pilates, aerial yoga, surfing, breathwork, meditation, sound healing, massage, sauna and ice bath, sailing, beach bonfires, facial techniques, self-care workshops and cacao ceremonies remain available to request. Your programme is tailored to your stay and provider availability.
5. Do I need experience? What if I do not surf?
Beginners and experienced practitioners are welcome. Tell us your yoga and surf levels. Surfing is optional; you can focus on yoga, wellness, rest or other chosen activities.
6. What are the nightly rates?
The displayed rates are in USD, per person, per night, according to room type and occupancy. We confirm your selected accommodation, activities, group details and total before sending a payment link. Tell us about children and any special arrangements in your request.
7. What is included in my personalised stay?
Your retreat is arranged around your chosen experiences. We confirm accommodation, meals, selected activities, transfers and any optional extras in your personalised proposal before payment. There is no fixed programme that everyone must follow.
8. What should I bring?
Bring comfortable yoga clothes, swimwear and sunscreen. Yoga mats and props are available. Tell us about any dietary needs or specific requirements when requesting your stay so we can discuss suitable arrangements.
9. How do I get there?
Mark & Dave’s is in Playa Colorado, Hacienda Iguana, Nicaragua. The nearest airport is Augusto C. Sandino International Airport (MGA) in Managua. Include your travel plans in your request; we confirm transfer arrangements with your stay.
10. What is the cancellation policy?
Your deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to a future retreat if you cancel at least 30 days before the start date. Cancellations within 30 days are non-transferable. Your payment details are provided after we confirm availability.
11. Is WiFi available?
Yes, WiFi is available. There is also plenty of space to unplug, enjoy the ocean and settle into a slower rhythm.
